I just started sleeping on this mattress and it has a horrible bubble in the middle. This is the cool calming queen mattress. It's a replacement for a different mattress from serta and it only lasted 6 months before the sides started caving in. I will never buy a serta mattress again.

Hard to review a mattress when it has yet to arrive. Just the fact they asked me to review the mattress means they have no idea I don't have it yet. The Shipping company Serta uses lost the first mattress. Had to wait for Serta to manufacture another one. Now the delivery company keeps pushing delivery dates back on us. 2 months now

The mattress is nice very pretty . Comfort is a little getting used to, I have multiple herniated disc , and hip and knee pain. The first night was hard, second night better- I'm on night 5 and it's feeling better and better everyday.

This mattress changed my life. I previously had a complete memory foam mattress, and didn't realize over time how they wear down. When I got this mattress I was surprised to see how well built and sturdy it was, and immediately noticed when I laid down on it how plush it felt. I've had this mattress for about a month now, and I can say with certainty I sleep better now than I have the last 10 years. I no longer wake up with aches and pains, I feel well rested, and actually look forward to laying down for bed at night. One thing that also really stuck out to me, was that it actually has a cooling sensation to it as well. As someone that likes to sleep cold, I had doubts about this feature. Tested and true though, I am OBSESSED with my bed!

Upon delivery, it was immediately apparent that this is a quality mattress. From materials, to design, to craftsmanship, it embodies luxury. It's plush, stable, and supportive. It also comes with conveniently placed handles on the sides that make it extremely easy to move. I also really love the fact it's not white, which can quickly show signs of wear even with a mattress protector.
The first time I laid my weary bones upon my newly bequeathed mattress, it felt like my body left the mortal plane and ascended to the stars. It was like sinking into a cloud of hugs and marshmallows. I'm not ashamed to admit that it brought a tear to my eye. (Ok, several tears).
Long story short, sleep is my frenemy. I have a connective tissue disorder that causes weak joint connections and severe chronic pain. My joints shift and dislocate easily, especially if I sleep "wrong". In the past, I've woken up more injured than I was before I want to sleep. I love sleep, but it doesn't love me back.
In a month of sleeping on this mattress, I have experienced such pain relief that I am not the same person I was prior. My joints feel more stable, my back muscles stopped constantly spasming, and my hips and shoulders no longer feel like they're collapsing in on themselves. I wake up feeling genuinely rested, which has been nearly impossible for me in the last few years.
The pillow-top layer is perfect for side sleeping. It has a memory foam quality that conforms to my body, leaving my shoulders and hips supported without feeling crushed. The layer beneath the pillow top is supportive with great bounce and weight distribution. I never wake when my husband gets up for work, which attests to the quality design. I also love that I never feel too warm, which has been incredible as a very hot sleeper.
My only complaint is that I never want to get out of bed!! Serta, you have ruined me for all other beds. This mattress has given me more than a good night of sleep, it has completely changed my life.
If you're shopping for a new mattress, look no further than the Serta Perfect Sleeper X. It's worth every penny and then some!!

This perfect Serta perfectsleeperX quilted hybrid mattress is amazing. It is so comfortable to sleep on. It has great support.Within days, my back felt better than it had in a long time. And it has some kind of cooling thing. I tend to get very hot when I sleep,
but not on this mattress. What a great find!!

I have back issues due to my disc herniation, and my previous mattress used to hurt my back. I've been using this for a few weeks now and my back feels much better because the mattress is not only firmer but it's a lot more comfortable. I got this product free to try it but I think it's worth the cost because it improves your health.

My husband and I recently upgraded to the Serta Hybrid Gel Mattress, and it's been a game changer. This mattress is definitely built to last-no flimsy feel here. We love that we don't feel the springs or sink into the bed. It's so comfortable that we no longer need a memory foam topper. Having spent countless nights tossing and turning on my old mattress, I was desperately in need of an upgrade and the Serta Perfect Sleeper Quilted Hybrid is one heck of an upgrade! I just love this mattress! My old mattress was a traditional spring mattress that I've used for 5+ years and upgrading to this hybrid memory foam mattress has made a huge difference for the quality of my sleep.
After sleeping for a few nights on the Perfect Sleeper Hybrid, I feel like I've been falling asleep faster and waking up more refreshed. The graphite-infused memory foam provides an incredibly comfortable and supportive surface to sleep on. I really appreciate how effectively it distributes heat away from my body while sleeping. I've used full memory foam mattresses that trap heat and it's not nearly as refreshing. The memory foam is really plush and contours to my body, cradling me in all the right places. I think the zoned support is a cool feature because it allows me to have the "best of both worlds" firmness to support me while lying on my side, but also providing luxurious plushness for my back and legs.
I just love how luxurious the plush quilted pillow top feels, and the hybrid spring/memory foam construction strikes the right balance for me between back aligning support and overall comfort. This is a huge upgrade over my older spring mattress and I love the better sleep I'm getting!

It is extremely comfortable, of great quality and the firmness is neither too soft nor very rigid. I think its quality will make it last for many years in perfect condition. It feels cool all night and for me it's a great mattress.

Super comfortable, I have been using it for over a week and I already feel the difference in the rest of my body, especially in my back, which has no pain anymore. My body has very good support. This is fairly plush and much thicker than my old mattress. I did notice I wasn't as warm during the night. I am thinking of getting a mattress topper just to have a bit more firmness.

This is genuinely the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. It has great support, even with the pillow top. An amazing value and an incredible, durable, high quality mattress. It is pretty breathable. I do sweat a little but not nearly as much as my previous mattress.

This mattress is definitely one of a kind, I will be honest, best night sleep I had for a very long time. It's firm to what we like and provides such a support I slept without waking up at all. My husband is in construction field and working 12 hour days right now and he been waking up feeling much better and says it's definitely makes difference on his back. Also, no sweating in a middle of the night is really nice, looks like cooling off better than our old average mattress that's for sure. I love being able to sleep and stay asleep and wake up refreshed and ready to go for the day. Every night we enjoying it and most definitely best mattress we ever owned. It's such a high quality and definitely made well, I fall asleep faster, nothing hurts and full relaxation that just helps with my energy level. We do have white cooling sheets and I can see a bit of color difference vs pillows, but it's covered under the blanket so doesn't bother me at all. Plus I appreciate darker color of mattress because we have little kids that tend to sleep with us time to time and in case of an accident darker color is great! And m very happy with this mattress and honestly, best sleep I have had in years!
