Doug came to Mattress Warehouse in 1993. He started off his early years doing deliveries, where he gained a high degree of technical understanding of the entire installation process. He now manages our Niles store as well as our Customer Service Department. Doug gets great satisfaction in helping customers, be it finding the right mattress, troubleshooting tricky installation or fixing problems. Doug has earned the trust of his customers during the two decades he's been at Mattress Warehouse and is always happy to see familiar faces. When Doug is not selling mattresses he enjoys time with his family and Notre Dame Football.

Kim began working at Mattress Warehouse 15 years ago. She attended Penn High School and studied history at Indiana University-South Bend. Kim lives in Mishawaka and is a lifelong resident. She enjoys volunteering at Trinity Lutheran School in Elkhart and spending time with her two children and granddaughter. Kim loves a challenge.
